Our employee training program is specifically designed to reflect the changing needs of the Healthcare environment. JCAHO Environment of Care standards are reviewed, in addition to operational requirements and contractual obligations.
Prior to the start of operations, a custom-tailored Parking Policy and Procedure is designed by Medi-Park's Healthcare Professionals, based upon consultation and approval by your facility management. The Policy and Procedure is reviewed on a regular basis and carefully followed during the entire term of the contract.Our training program includes providing upgraded patient assistance service levels, confidentiality, infection control, preparing incident reports, effective communications, safety, security, disaster and fire-related information.
Orientation and Training documentation is maintained for each employee assigned to your facility . |
